Below is a guide to the different types of training that I offer but you can tailor your own personal plan to suit you, please contact me to for more advice on how this can be done.





     
 

RATES

NOTE

·          Only certain services and plans are priced here

·          Rates for training will vary depending on training type and quantity, please see Price & Structured Discounts list, Combination Packs list and ask for any recent Promotion Packs

·          All sessions will be worked into either 1 hour or 30 minute multiples. If your selected options fall short of these durations then other options will need to be selected by either yourself or your trainer to round up your session’s duration.
