Group Training
For a cheaper option than 1 to 1 personal training you can
train with one or more friends in a group environment and maybe
alongside the personal trainer.
This can be a great way to see how others train and perform the same
exercises.
Groups can be set up on request and require at least two
participants.
Class Training
Classes are an even cheaper way to have a regular regime and
contact with your instructor, different classes may be introduced to
the timetable so keep an eye out and see if any suit you, but you
can always give them a try from time to time if you just feel like a
change.
