 Stuart Ford has studied the art of health and fitness for over 27 years and has practiced martial arts for over 17 years including; Taekwondo, Aikido, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Xingyi and bagua. He is also the founder of Shui Tao Martial Arts which includes the External and Internal Martial Arts Systems of China. He has combined health techniques from ancient and alternative cultures with modern and conventional sports science to redefine the concept of health and fitness
