Stuart Ford Personal Training

I am a fully qualified Personal Fitness Trainer and Kung Fu Instructor. I have been in this line of work for five years and have practiced martial arts including kung fu and aikido for eleven years. I currently work as a self employed personal trainer at Fitness First in Ipswich, but also extend my services to anywhere in Essex including In Home Training. If you have a venue in mind and depending on whether the type of training requested is feasible with the availability of equipment, then the rest is easy. Because of my experience of conventional modern training and alternative methods stemming from eastern martial arts, I have a wide range of skills and training methods to help you achieve your goals.
I would like to help you to make a positive change to your life, and become the best you can be!

New Prices For Annual Kung Fu Licence

As of 1st November 2009 Annual Kung Fu Licence prices will be increasing from £10.00 to £15.00, this is due to an increase in the price of insurance.
